Why Sprouted Grains

The most nutritious bread you can eat is made from sprouted whole grain rather than flour. Sprouting live grains is the only way to release all the vital nutrients stored in whole grains. To unlock this dormant food energy, we soak choice grains in water. This activates beneficial enzymes that cause the living kernels to sprout. We immediately take our freshly sprouted live grains and mash them, then, we mix them into dough in small batches and slowly bake into delicious flourless bread.
