The most nutritious bread you can eat is made from sprouted whole grain rather than flour. Sprouting live grains is the only way to release all the vital nutrients stored in whole grains. To unlock this dormant food energy, we soak choice grains in water. This activates beneficial enzymes that cause the living kernels to sprout. Then we immediately mash, mix them into dough in small batches and bake slowly into delicious bread.
